This reader writer is small, no wires and helps me work on comupters without card readers. This is a huge help at work.

This SD Card reader, while cheap, has proven to be very useful for me, especially when I had to make a backup of files from my computer before I formatted (note that I only had to store approx. 6GB of data before I formatted), so it came in really handy and I didn't have to worry about using 100 700mb CD's!
I bought a few of these.

I have usb hubs and gadgets to read my camera sd cards and these always work best. I bought several for stockings and for more than one computer. We have fancy gadgets all over and always come back to these, they are great.
Cheap and effective.

Works as advertised - and all for a very reasonable price. I'm fully satisfied. The only improvement might be to make it less bulky where it plugs into the PC. The width of the device prevents use of any adjacent USB port.
Cheap and Cost Effective

I needed a card reader to use with a work issued laptop that doesn't have one built in. I found that while this card can require some time to be recognized and sometimes you have to re-plug it in to make it work, it gets the job done. One thing to note is that it is capable of reading high capacity cards and therefore may not work on any card you put into it until you install the windows hotfix for high capacity SD cards. go here: [...].
